WeServ maintains Centers of Excellence (COE's) in Manila, to provide technology support services to all Fujitsu sales offices in Asia-Pacific. These COE's are responsible for providing solutions architecting, development, customization, and maintenance. COE's have been set up for retail POS solutions, banking applications, Web Services technologies, multi-channel / mobile platforms, and O/S support for Microsoft Windows and Solaris operating systems. For a major bank and a property agency in Singapore, WeServ developed and implemented a workflow project.

WeServ also developed POS applications running on Fujitsu terminals sold throughout the ASEAN region.

WeServ designed, developed, and assisted in implementing a Leave Application System using TeamWARE Flow for the Ministry of Development in Brunei. The Leave Application System is a web-based application that puts to very good use the functionalities of the market-leading workflow engine. The whole suite of applications was developed using Active Server Pages (ASP), which make them very efficient and user-friendly.

Weserv developed modules of the Supply Chain Management System for a famous car manufacturing company in Thailand. The application includes warehousing, inventory and local parts acquisition. WeServ engineers were involved in providing programming, testing and support. This client-server application was developed using VB.Net, C# and SQL 2000.

For a large Japanese technology company, WeServ maintains a sizeable team of low-level software development people. New hardware products that come out of this company's factories are run by software subcontracted to WeServ for development and testing. WeServ is able to handle the cultural and language differences for this customer by building up Nihonggo skills and bringing Japanese nationals into the team.

Furthermore, WeServ houses a number of JPTL certified resources of different levels, and the number of those proficient in the language is constantly increasing.

WeServ supported the development and enhancement of "Livehelp", a remote helpdesk feature of SystemWalker - a network management system developed by Fujitsu. Livehelp enables system administrators to remotely control and assist (via the network) corporate users in troubleshooting problems without physically going to the sites, thus, achieving higher productivity of business operations. Part of the Livehelp functionality is the Client File Exchange (CFE) -- the engine which is responsible for file/folder manipulation and transfer between PC's. For a major British software and consulting house, WeServ provided offshore programming services for various clients throughout the UK.

WeServ developed new functionalities for a telco inter-carrier rating application owned by a top European IT consulting and services company. Enhancement design, coding and testing were some of the main tasks assigned to WeServ team members. Another WeServ team was involved in the customization of service-independent mediation system application wherein usage records were collected from diverse types of network elements, aggregated and correlated, and additional network elements were support by the mediation application.

WeServ engineers were involved in the development and enhancements of the IT consulting and services company's data warehousing projects. The engineers populated the company's pilot data warehouse, which was focused on a P&L reporting, with data supplied from current operational systems of a vertical business and a horizontal business. WeServ engineers were also involved in conducting non-regression testing for the company's corporate data repository project with a retail company in the UK.

In addition, the IT consulting firm contracted WeServ engineers to extract the raw transaction level sales data of one of the biggest retailers in the UK from its operational systems and then transforming, aggregating, and finally loading these data into the retailer's data warehouse.

For a large American ERP company, WeServ develops modules of their ERP package in Manila. At the same time, when new contracts are won in the US, WeServ is tapped to provide customization and maintenance services for this company's US client base. Simultaneous with the initial project, WeServ developed their ERP workbench that won the client Industry Week's 1998 Technology of the Year award in the US.

For a major American multinational semiconductor manufacturer, WeServ implements, supports, and maintains this company's manufacturing business systems in their factories throughout the USA and Asia.

WeServ has received high praises and testimonials from clients over the years for its quality of work. One customer said that he was specifically impressed after reviewing the bug count and found that, only after the week of deployment, they only had seven open issues. That was the highest quality that client has ever seen in a major deployment.

Another client was so happy to have received a major project, which was not only delivered on time, but also delivered with only one code defect and all requirements met. As a matter of fact, quality is not the only aspect in which WeServ has proven itself time and time again. Numerous customers have commended WeServ for the speed of project deployments, as well.
