Standard Operating Environment (SOE) Manager/ Architect
Job Description:
-To manage and monitor the Standard Operating Environment (SOE) projects implementations and activities for the delivery of a Desktop Managed Service. To provide leadership and guidance technical engineers in respect to the delivery of all desktop solutions.
-To monitor and manage SOE projects, 3rd level SOE support and desktop related problem management cases. To develop and streamline support and maintenance processes for standardised management across multiple customers.
Qualifications:
Required:
-4 years of managing and supporting desktop hardware and software.
-2 years experience in SOE design, development and implementation.
-Exposure to application packaging and deployment methodologies using Windows Installer technology.
-Microsoft deployment methodologies for Windows XP and Windows Vista.
-Exposure to the processes of Incident, Problem, Change and Configuration Management.
-Professional documentation skills for use in customer proposals, user training and technical documents.
-General knowledge of varying desktop, laptop, mobility and peripheral devices.
-Strong troubleshooting skills for software conflicts.
Highly Desirable (one or more of the following Desktop Management technologies):
-CA Unicenter Desktop and Server Management or CA Unicenter Desktop Management Suite.
-Microsoft SMS.
-Novell ZENWorks.
Advantageous:
-Application packaging, conflict management and verification techniques using Wise Package Studio.

Job Description:
-Provide first line on site support and Services to FSAS clients. Also provide mail and phone support to users.
Set up and install servers, workstations and network.
-Project management and deployment. Interface with clients and handle issues encountered during implementations phase.
-Provide technical consultations and analysis to sales engineers
-Create technical documentations on each set up.
Qualifications:
-At least 2 years experience in supporting the following technologies:
a.Microsoft Windows Servers (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, etc.)

Reporting Administrator and Business Analyst
Job Description:
-Reporting Administrator responsible for determining Service Manager’s requirement and for customizing CA USD reporting portal base on reporting template where needed.
-Business analysis knowing how to config service contracts, service types, incident areas, change categories, workflow tasks, workshifts and reference data for contacts, locations, configuration items and organisations on CA USD.
Qualifications
Highly Desirable:
-CA USD suite experience (2 yrs +) including administration of GUI, administration of data loading using pdm tools, ability to use Web Screen Painter, and understand schema and config files.
-Knowledge of knowledge management capability within USD.
-Understanding of reporting configuration, and range of reporting available from USD (OCMM knowledge useful).
-Knowledge of CA TNG (NSM & DSM), knowledge of desktop management environment.

-Ability to lead analysis, work independently, evaluate and present solutions to technical, operational and strategic issues.
-Ability to lead and motivate team members.
